The artist has provided an update on the Art Angels follow-up
Claire Boucher – otherwise known as Grimes – has revealed that she’s been “in the studio every day” working on “something you’ve never heard before”. The new album, she says, will consist of “unexplored sonic landscapes” and furthermore, she’ll need “another month or 2 of pure unadulterated creativity” before finishing the tracks.
Earlier this year, the artist told Rolling Stone that she’s “halfway done with another record” which will be “more chill vibes, downtempos, synth-y shit”.
Last November, she said to V Magazine, “I’m really vibing on making something really slow and gorgeous that just breathes, and has room to breathe.”
