They are linking up for The Missing Notebook Rhymes series
MF DOOM has announced the 15-week project called The Missing Notebook Rhymes. Partnering with Adult Swim for the series, new material will be released each week from DOOM’s upcoming albums as well as singles from other artists featuring DOOM.
15 tracks will be released by 14 November, including one from Jay Electronica. Each release will correlate to a notebook that went missing at “Metalface Records’ LA office when DOOM was denied entry into the US seven years ago,” said the artist via a press statement.
The first track to be released is Negus from Sean Price’s upcoming posthumous album Imperious Rex – stream it below.
