In April of this year, Crack Magazine hosted a conversation at IAM Weekend, a conference organised by Internet Age Media – a platform which ” cultivates the open ecosystem emerging from the evolution of internet as culture defining the futures of media.”
The programme for the weekend was made up of talks, workshops and panel discussions framed around the intersection of art and creativity in the digital age. We invited Butterz label director Elijah for a conversation about independent music in the era of the internet. During the chat, he covers topics around diversity, the DIY roots and broadening appeal of grime and much more.
