The Bristol festival is set to return to Eastville Park on 26-27 May.

Since its inception in 2012 as a one-day event, Love Saves the Day has grown exponentially with its expansion to a two-day weekender, and its empire extending to The Love Inn and Croatia’s Love International festival. Last year, at Crack, we called Love Saves the Day “the city’s most anticipated summer event“.

Now, the organisers have revealed the stages and first waves of acts, with a programme spread across six different platforms. We’ll be hosting our very own stage, as will Percolate, Knee Deep in Sound, Hold Tight Records and others.

Mercury Prize award winner Sampha has been announced as a headliner for the main stage, along with Bicep – who’ll be performing a live set – Loyle Carner, Raye, Mostack, Nightmares On Wax and Fatboy Slim. Elsewhere on the programme, there’s former Crack cover star Ben UFO, The Black Madonna, Joy O, Shanti Celeste and Artwork amongst others.

Four Tet will step up for the Crack stage on the first day, joined by Floating Points, Croydon rapper Hardy Caprio, Octavian, Tottenham’s Avelino and rising Norwegian duo Smerz. Also announced are East London singer-songwriter Hak Baker, Chelou, and hotly-tipped grime producer LUCY. Last year, we hosted the likes of Mykki Blanco, Stefflon Don and BadBadNotGood.
