Following on from his recent album announcement, Daniel Avery will release a set of reworks of his 2018 EP Slow Fade.
With Actress, Surgeon and Inga Mauer tapped for remix duties, the EP will land on Phantasy Sound on 9 March. The release will precede Avery’s second album Song for Alpha, which serves as the follow-up to 2013’s Drone Logic. A deluxe version will also be released, containing the track Think About What You Love on a bonus 10″.
Recently, Avery dropped an animated video for the track Slow Fade.
Between his two full-length LPs, the London-based producer has stayed busy with a DJ Kicks compilation and, in 2015, a curated collection of remixes.
