The sci-fi thriller will premiere at SXSW next month.
Flying Lotus has contributed original music to Perfect, a forthcoming film presented by Steven Soderbergh and directed by Eddie Alcazar due to premiere at SXSW next month. According to the film’s listing on the SXSW website, Perfect will tell the story of “a boy in a cold and stark modern house” who is “seduced by advertisements of perfection to install implantable characteristics directly into his body.” Perfect is a Brainfeeder Films production and lists Flying Lotus as an executive producer.
Flying Lotus and Eddie Alcazar co-founded Brainfeeder Films in 2016. They previously collaborated on the short film FUCKKKYOUUU, while FlyLo’s latest film project, Skinflick, was released in November. Check the poster for Perfect below.
