The Amsterdam festival returns for a third installment this June.

Taking place at Noorderlicht on Sunday, 23-24 June, the festival has released a number of new names for their expanded 2018 edition. Among the new additions are radical rapper and artist Mykki Blanco, Gerald Donald’s pioneering electro outfit Dopplereffekt, Morphine Records’ Rabih Beaini, Congolese troupe Konono Nº1 and rising producer Lanark Artefax, who will perform his hotly tipped A/V show.

There will also be a Mannequin label showcase helmed by label head Alessandro Adriani, featuring the likes of Giant Swan and JASSS and a back-to-back set from Adriani and French electro veteran The Hacker.

The new names will join previously announced artists Nurse With Wound, Vladimir Ivkovic, DJ Marfox, Antal and Hunee.

Strange Sounds From Beyond takes place between 23-24 June at the Nooderlicht, surrounded by the NDSM, a former shipyard turned cultural and creative hotspot. You can check the full line-up and buy tickets via the official SSFB website.
