The team behind The Third Room parties are set to host a one-off open air event at Landschaftspark Duisburg Nord, Germany, on 16 June.
The open-air space was once a coal and steel production plant, now comprised of brick-red relics and a 50 metre high blast furnace. For the one-off event, the industrial space will serve as the visual backdrop to sets from the likes of the BPitch Control boss Ellen Allien, Blawan, Dax J and Fjaak. The event’s festivities will kick off at noon and finish at 11pm (BST), after which it’ll be followed by an afterparty – for which Ellen Allien will play another set.
Aside from its open-air event, The Third Room hosts monthly events at the Studio in Essen, with its first instalment in May 2017.
