The three-day festival of advanced electronic music will return to Prague on 4-6 October.
Lunchmeat Festival, now heading into its ninth edition, once again invites some of the world’s most compelling and forward-facing DJs to the Czech capital. Among the new wave of artists set to join the cream of the experimental underground at the National Gallery’s underground Trade Fair Palace in Prague are Amnesia Scanner and Actress, both of whom will presenting audiovisual performances.
Furthermore, the festival will honour two British labels who have landmark anniversaries this year: Night Slugs, have a 10th Anniversary Showcase which includes Bok Bok, L-Vis 1990 and Girl Unit – all contributing AV live shows with visuals by Nic Hamilton. Elsewhere, Downwards Records’ co-founder Regis will head up the label’s 25th Anniversary Showcase as only he can.
These newly announced names will be joining a bill which includes Lee Gamble, Fatima Al Qadiri, Demdike Stare, Kangding Ray, Sigha and Aïsha Devi.
