Dutch festival Le Guess Who? has announced a roster of curators and artists joining its 12th edition.
The event will be staged in the city of Utrecht, Netherlands, on 8-11 August, and mongst the newly announced additions are Future Feminism. Made up of NYC artists Kembra Pfahler, Asia Argento, Johanna Constantine and Anohni, the collective will present a special theatrical performance at the event. Moor Mother, who’s previously been announced as one of the festival’s guest curators, adds Eartheater, LYZZA and South African duo FAKA to the line-up. RVNG Intl will also be collaborating with LGW to host performances from various composers and producers, such as Kate NV, Lucrecia Dalt, Greg Fox and Oliver Coates. The Orchestre de Nouvelles Créations, Expérimentations et Improvisations Musicales (ONCEIM) have also been added to the bill.
Those who’ve already been announced as curators are Asia Argento, Shabaka Hutchings and Devendra Banhart. Previously confirmed artists on the line-up include serpentwithfeet, Pan Daijing, The Breeders and 700 Bliss – the collaborative project between DJ Haram and Moor Mother.
