The acts will play together at the east London venue on 2 February.
Label and live electronic event series Circle of Live is heading to London’s The Village Underground for a unique sonic experience from Sebastian Mullaert, Mathew Jonson, Steevio and Suzybee.
The curator of the series, Sebastian Mullaert, will be accompanied in a night of musical experimentation and improvisation by techno producer Mathew Jonson, live electronic musician Steevio and animator Suzybee. The line-up originally played together at the first Circle of Live event at Freerotation, a Welsh electronic music festival founded by Steevio and Suzybee.
As well as an event series, Circle of Live is a record label founded by Mullaert in order to, in his own words, “honour the values of spontaneity and improvisation.” The imprint has also recently released its sophomore EP, a live recording of the group’s performance at Freerotation 2018. Circle of Live has toured internationally and played shows in Tel Aviv, Paris and Barcelona.
