The Milanese festival returns to Villa Arconati from 5-7 July.

Terraforma has released details of its 2019 line-up, confirming award-winning composer Mica Levi, avant-garde artist and musician Laurie Anderson, and Detroit’s DJ Stingray. Also on the billing are Caterina Barbieri, Daniel Higgs and Bambounou.

The eco-conscious event offers festival-goers three days of music, workshops and lectures. On top of its cultural offerings, the festival makes a concerted effort to minimise and monitor its environmental impact, and has been in partnership with Etica Sgr since 2016 to investigate how it can reduce water and resource consumption.

The festival takes places in the woods of Villa Arconati, located in the rural town of Bollate, near Milan. This idyllic setting is intended to help festival-goers rethink their relationship with nature and welcome musicians whose work is inspired by the rhythms of life.

Three-day passes are currently valued at 110€ and are available via the festival website. Prep for the festival by listening to DJ Stingray’s ‘easy listening’ playlist.
