Between the Lines is a new experimental series heading to Corsica Studios next month.

The series will cover an eclectic array of genre-blurring music, with the first instalment set to be held at the London venue on 16-17 May. Three performers have been confirmed for each night, with music ranging from West African Wassoulou to Irish poetry.

The line-up for the first night will feature percussion and electronic sounds from Sarathy and Danalogue, electro-soul from songwriter Fehdah, Cuban trumpet from Yelfris Valdes and a series of sound and video experiments helmed by Iranian musician and audiovisual artist Pouya Ehsaei. The following night will feature string duo Fran & Flora on the programme, along with lo-fi producer Maria Somerville and Dublin-based artist Davy Kehoe.
