The neo-soul pioneer has been confirmed for the Italian festival.
Erykah Badu will perform at Viva! Festival this year under the alias DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown. Furthermore, Italian artists L I M, Priestess and DJ Arienne step up for the programme. They join Jayda G, Yves Tumor and Gilles Peterson on the line-up.
At last year’s edition, Crack Magazine took note of the festival’s diversity levels and inclusive atmosphere, particularly “the way in which smaller stages and objectively smaller moments [made] for the festival’s biggest triumphs over the week.”
Viva! Festival is set to stage its third edition on 1-4 August. The event will be held in Locorotondo, located in the heart of south Italy’s Valle d’Itria.
