The Berlin jazz festival heads to the German capital on 8-12 May.
Those playing the event include Yussef Dayes, rising Afrobeat outfit KOKOROKO, Kate Tempest, Bristol’s Ishmael Ensemble, Nubiyan Twist, The Mauskovic Dance Band, Berlin producer Henrik Schwarz with the Amsterdam-based Alma Quartet and more.
Aside from music, there’s also the Xjazz Lab, which features a full programme of panels, talks and workshops.
Alongside its Berlin event, Xjazz also hosts a series of editions worldwide, having previously visited Tel Aviv, Istanbul, Minsk, Reykjavik, Ankara and Izmir in the past.
