A video appearing to tease an Aphex Twin show in Manchester has appeared on social media.
Ever the fan of cryptic announcements, Aphex Twin appears to be teasing an upcoming show in Manchester. Having performed at the Barbican earlier this evening, a new video, animated in the style of the artist’s recent visuals, has appeared on NTS Radio’s social media channels.
Set to the track 1st 44 from Aphex Twin’s Collapse EP, the video show an ariel view of Manchester, overlayed with the producer’s logo. As the clip comes to an end a set of coordinates, which show up as central Manchester on Google, are displayed in one corner, alongside a date – 20.9.19. Watch the teaser below.
