The Bug and Justin Broadrick are collaborating as Zonal, with a new release out now.
Zonal is the duo made up of The Bug (AKA Kevin Martin) and Justin Broadrick. Having previously worked together on their Techno Animal project, the two producers have joined forces once more for a new EP. Released last night (10 July) on Relapse Records, the two-track EP comes ahead of a full-length album which is promised for later in the year.
The Zonal project dates back to 2000 when Martin and Broadrick released a limited CD-R on the latter’s Avalanche Recordings. Relapse Records are also set to reissue Broadrick and Martin’s classic albums as Techno Animal – although details on release have not been announced yet.
