Ryan Elliott, DJ Boring and FAUZIA to play Brighton’s Patterns this autumn

Hub of underground culture and live music venue, Brighton’s Patterns launches new, residents led FOCAL concept.

FOCAL rests on the uncomplicated notion that residents will personally invite headliners to play with them throughout the night; free from the restriction of set times. The first of these shows in mid-October will see funk-laced techno from Charles Green with Ryan Elliott, followed by Methola presents: Willow, on 9 November.

Alongside announcing the launch of FOCAL, Patterns have also revealed a full calendar of live shows and parties to bring the year to a close. Heading into September, artists Chloé Bodur, Yadasofi and Ebi Soda will host Jazz Club, fusing traditional jazz, R&B and hip-hop. Also amongst the new term’s vibrant line-up, Norwegian producer DJ Feat Burger will host an evening at the venue.

Further into the autumn, NTS resident DJ FAUZIA and Deep Medi Musik duo Sicaria Sound are set to travel through the 140 to 160 BPM spectrum on 1 November at Foundations x 23 Degrees. DJ Boring and Maurice Fulton will also host parties at Patterns as 2019 concludes.
