Danny Brown announces new album uknowhatimsayin¿, shares first single

The Detroit rapper’s new album will be released via Warp on 4 October.

Danny Brown has announced his new album, uknowhatimsayin¿. Set for release via Warp on 4 October, Brown’s fifth studio album is billed as his version of a stand-up comedy album, with the Detroit rapper claiming he wanted to make a record that was “funny but not parody.” The album is set to feature contributions from Q-Tip, Jpegmafia, Obongjayar, Paul White, Standing on the Corner, Run the Jewels, Blood Orange and Flying Lotus.

Alongside the news, Danny Brown has also shared the album’s first single Dirty Laundry, which as produced by Q-Tip. Listen to that in the player above.
