Flow Festival will take place in Helsinki’s Suvilahti from 14-16 August 2020.
Bon Iver (aka Justin Vernon) has been announced as the festival’s first headline act. Vernon last performed at the Finnish festival in 2012 and has since been one of the most requested acts for return. Flow Festival 2020 will be one of Bon Iver’s only European performances next year and will mark just over a year since his last album, i,i, which was released in August 2019.
The Finnish festival will host a almost 150 acts across the weekend, ranging from pop music to experimental art. Furthermore, the event has curated a large-scale sustainability programme for the coming event.
