RE-TEXTURED 2020 will run from 2-5 April 2020.
More acts have now been confirmed for the UK festival’s next edition. Bambounou, rRoxymore and Coucou Chloe will be joined by Afrodeutsche, Vessel & Pedro Maia and Alessandro Cortini, as well as a live DJ set from Lotic.
The London-based festival will take place in various locations around the city. Compressor house, located in Royal Albert Docks has been recently added to the list, alongside BFI, Tobacco Dock, Southbank Centre, Oval Space, E1 London, Village Underground and the Barbican.
RE-TEXTURED will examine the relationship between modernist and industrial architecture, experimental music and the visual arts. The theme of this year’s event is connection, which will be explored through a multi-sensory approach combining six areas: re-connect, re-play, re-write, re-see, re-mind and re-think.
