New festival Kingdom adds Daniel Avery, Shanti Celeste and Midland to line-up

The new music, architecture and design festival unveils its 2020 line-up.

Kingdom is set to launch its inaugural edition with Peach, Midland, Prosumer, Yu Su, Gerd Janson and more. Daniel Avery has also been confirmed for an audiovisual spectacle with Trouw resident Heleen Blanken.

Over on the Hilltop Stage, curators Assemble and Rhythm Section confirm Shanti Celeste, Auntie Flo, Awesome Tapes from Africa and CC:DISCO! for the line-up. Furthermore, new venue Spiritland is set to be designed by critically acclaimed architects IF-DO. Over at the space, the festival will host Beautiful Swimmers, Maurice Fulton, and a special back-to-back session with Heidi Lawton and Lovefingers.

The festival will also host live shows from Nabihah Iqbal, Ezra Collective’s Joe-Armon Jones, Jordan Rakei and Brownswood’s Emma-Jean Thackray.

Kingdom Festival takes place at Belvoir Castle, Grantham, from 24-26 July. General release tickets go on sale on 27 February.
