The joys of the group chat and Netflix combined.
A new Google Chrome application, Netflix Party, allows people to watch Netflix in groups. The app, which was released last week, synchronises users’ video playback and adds a group-chat to Netflix, adding a social element to streaming.
The app is currently available for free and only works on Chrome browsers. Recently it was announced that all Studio Ghibli films would be added to Netflix.
