Heavenly Records’ experimental band Unloved have shared a new single, Why Not.
The tracks features on the soundtrack for the season premiere of series three of Killing Eve which launched this weekend on the BBC.
“The track is featured when we see Dascha (the woman who trained Villanelle) commit her first kill,” says Unloved’s David Holmes, who serves as music supervisor for the show. “It’s so gruesome but the track fits like a glove. It gave the scene some well-needed humour against such a vicious beating.”
The soundtracks to seasons one and two of Killing Eve are available now via Heavenly Recordings. New tracks from Unloved will appear throughout the remainder of season three.
