Laraaji has shared a new single, Lifting Me. A celestial mix of ambient and jazz piano, the new track is taken from the multi-instrumentalist’s upcoming album Sun Piano.
Sun Piano is due for release on 17 July and sees Laraaji return to his first instrument for a series of improvised recordings. The album, due out via All Saints Records, will serve as the first in a trilogy of releases recorded at the same time, with companion LP, Moon Piano and an EP of piano and autoharp duets due for release later this year.
