Refraction Festival and Crack Magazine to host sets by Omar-S, object blue and more

We’re teaming up with the online festival Refraction for a series of premieres and mixes.

Refraction is a two-week online festival that began on 16 July, and is set to run until the end of this month. We’re excited to announce that Crack Magazine will host a number of sets from the event over on our Facebook page, and mixes will be published on crackaud.io after the festival.

Crack’s first premiere will feature hip-hop iconoclast The 83rd. Be sure to tune into our Facebook page from 7.20pm (BST) on 22 July to catch the set. The 83rd will be followed up by LA producer Amazondotcom at 8.20pm (BST), and Hieroglyphic Being will present SoMuchNoise2BeHeard from 8.25pm (BST).

On 28 July, Crack will host a set by Palestinian beatmaker Muqata’a on 28 July, from 7pm (BST). object blue‘s collaboration with wife and visual artist Natalia Podgórska will run from 7.52pm (BST). It’ll be followed by MoMA Ready at 8.38pm (BST), and the series will conclude with a set by Detroit’s Omar-S.
