He’ll be representing Courtauld Institute of Art alongside Tim Marlow, Jacky Klein and Lavinia Greenlaw.
Jeremy Deller is taking part in a Christmas edition of BBC quiz show University Challenge. The Turner Prize-winning artist will be representing his alma mater Courtauld Institute of Art, London, alongside Tim Marlow, Jacky Klein and Lavinia Greenlaw. Deller studied BA History of Art at the university.
Christmas University Challenge will feature featuring 56 prominent alumni from 14 universities and university colleges. Peter Gwyn, Executive Producer of ITV Studios, said, “From architects to authors, comedians to sports stars, we are once again looking forward to welcoming our distinguished alumni as they battle it out for the coveted title of being the Christmas University Challenge champions.”
Deller’s team will be up against Goldsmiths on an episode scheduled for broadcast this Wednesday (23 December) at 8:30pm (GMT) on BBC2.
