The former Crack Magazine cover star is launching a new festival.
Batu first announced the new festival, En Masse, in December 2019. Initially due to take place in Wales as a two-day event, En Masse was later postponed due to the pandemic. Today (25 May), the Timedance label head has announced that En Masse will instead relaunch as a three-day multi-venue festival across Bristol. The line-up is yet to be announced, but En Masse will be held on 16-18 September.
A statement reads: “Our diverse programming will include multimedia installations, DJ sets, and experimental live performances, uniting like-minded and curious souls across Bristol’s arts, music and nightlife communities.” [sic]
Those who bought tickets for the 2020 edition can purchase new tickets from 2 June. Early Bird tickets will go on sale the next day (3 June).
