We’re hiring and looking for three young people to join our team!

We are hiring! On the lookout for three talented young people to join the team here at Crack Magazine.

Supported by the UK government’s Kickstart Scheme, we are excited to be advertising for three brand new roles at our organisation. If you love Crack Magazine and (more importantly) the artists we cover then we’d love to hear from you.

Firstly, we’re looking for a creative all-rounder to join the team as a Creative Assistant. If you’re experienced in designing presentations, editing content for socials, working on photo or video shoots and helping to keep online channels active then this is for you. You’ll be working with Crack Magazine’s design, editorial and video teams to keep our output fast-moving and good-looking.

Next up, we need an Advertising Assistant to join our commercial team. If you have sales experience, incredible communication skills and a sharp eye for consumer trends and marketing activity then you’ll be perfectly placed to help find and deliver ad opportunities for our printed and digital products.

Lastly, we are looking for a Social Media Assistant to work with our Digital Editor on sharing Crack Magazine content far and wide and creating rapid-response posts for TikTok and Instagram. This is a brand new role and we want to hear from people with big ideas and lots of knowledge on the ins and outs of the timeline.

Due to the nature of the scheme, we are unable to offer formal application forms via our website. Applicants should apply through their Job Coach at the Job Center and the DWP online portal.

These jobs are for 16 to 24 year olds who are unemployed and currently claiming Universal Credit.

Check out the full job description for each role below. For more information on any of the roles please contact jobs@crackmagazine.net
