Green Man has confirmed its 2021 programme.
Tirzah will headline the event on 19 August. Joining her on the line-up of new additions are Dream Wife, Nubiyan Twist, Ghostpoet, Ibibio Sound Machine, Lynks and Honeyglaze.
Due to Covid-related complications, several acts will no longer be able to attend. This includes Little Dragon, Puma Blue, Viagra Boys, Marisa Anderson and The Maytals Band. Across the rest of the schedule, the festival has already announced the likes of Thundercat, Fontaines DC, Caribou, Mogwai, Nadine Shah, Big Joanie, Overmono and more.
Green Man’s sprawling programme will extend beyond music, and also feature comedy, theatre, spoken word performances and specially commissioned artwork.
For entry, festival-goers over the age of 16 will have to provide a negative lateral flow test taken within 48 hours of their arrival or be able to demonstrate that they have been double vaccinated 14 days before the event.
Green Man will take place within the Brecon Beacons in South Wales, near the small town Crickhowell. It returns on 19-22 August. Head to the festival’s site for tickets.
