Relive Blackhaine’s ‘And Salford Falls Apart’ launch

Crack Magazine cover star Blackhaine has shared a short video documenting the launch of his project And Salford Falls Apart which took place at The White Hotel in Salford.

Featuring tracks from the project – the title track, Saddleworth and Let Me Know – the film is built from intense live footage showcasing Blackhaine’s intense live presence and onstage physicality. The event also featured performances from Bruxism, Joss Carter, Conor Thomas (Death of Rave), Croww, Susu Laroche and Varg2tm.

The EP came out on Friday (19 November) and lists production credits from Manchester locals Rainy Miller and Croww. The project is described as “five tracks staging a brutalist, exhaustive expression of disaffection with life in a post Brexit England of the early 2020s.”

The film was shot by Joe Pilkington and Ryan Robinson and edited by MDDPKT. Revisit our Blackhaine cover story here and buy a copy here.
