Finn and India Jordan are back with new Christmas mix just in time for the big day. Their latest outing, Joy III the World, dropped today (24 December) and follows 2021’s Joy II to the World mixtape offering, and 2020’s – you guessed it – Joy to the World mix.
Described as “90-minutes of dance music gold, frankincense and myrrh”, the new mix opens with Ultra Naté’s 1991 classic You & Me Together before racing through tracks from the likes of Marshall Jefferson, Sonic Soul, Todd Terry and DJ Tonka.
Earlier this month, Finn and India Jordan shared a two-track release entitled All About Love / Big B via Local Action. They were due to celebrate the release – and reimagine their annual festive mix series in party form – during an event at NT’s Loft last weekend. However, the party was postponed due to the Omicron variant and rising Covid-19 cases in London. In an Instagram post confirming the party’s postponement, Finn said: “We’ll be back with a new date in the new year, touch wood.”
