Aaliyah’s first posthumous album, Unstoppable, is out this month

The first posthumous album from Aaliyah is coming soon.

In a new interview, the singer’s uncle, Barry Hankerson, announced that the forthcoming release is landing in January 2022. Watch the announcement below.

So far, a collaboration with The Weeknd, entitled Poison, has been released. Unstoppable also features guest appearances from Drake, Snoop Dogg, Future and Ne-Yo. In a recent interview with Billboard, Hankerson described the album as “vintage R&B with strong vocals”.
