The first trailer for This Much I Know to Be True has been released.
A first look at the upcoming documentary features an interview with Nick Cave and a performance of the track Lavender Fields. Watch below.
Directed by Andrew Dominik, This Much I Know to Be True focuses on Cave and Warren Ellis’ creative relationship. Designed as a follow-up to the 2016 documentary One More Time With Feeling, the upcoming release will include songs from 2021’s Carnage and 2019’s Ghosteen. It’ll also feature an appearance from former Crack Magazine cover star Marianne Faithfull, who released the album She Walks in Beauty with Ellis last year. This Much I Know to Be True will premiere at the Berlin Film Festival in February.
