The Princess of Wales was apparently spotted at the Norfolk festival this weekend.

Kate Middleton allegedly attended Houghton Festival, which took place from 10-13 August 2023, after visiting the Marquess and Marchioness of Cholmondeley. The festival takes place on the grounds of the latter’s stately home, Houghton Hall. Reports of the Princess’ attendance began to circulate yesterday (14 August), claiming that Middleton attended the event after having dinner with her Norfolk neighbours. Prince William is not said to have been in attendance.

Curated by DJ and producer Craig Richards, Houghton prides itself as the only 24-hour music festival in England. Its recent outing – which marked the fourth edition of the event, which launched in 2017 – featured the likes of Ben UFO, Ricardo Villalobos, Yu Su, Danielle, DMX Krew and Shy One. In a review of the 2018 edition, we said: “From the music to the setting to the crowd, the festival, which is curated by Craig Richards and run by the team behind UK mainstay Gottwood, is about as good as it gets.”

Crack Magazine reached out to festival representatives who declined to comment on the Princess’ attendance.
