London-based label, events series and agency Eastern Margins has announced the programme for its new festival, Margins United.
Taking place on 28 September at EartH Hackney, the first-of-its-kind event will celebrate East and Southeast Asian cultures through music, art, food, talks and workshops.
Bringing talent together from a range of genres, the musical line-up includes yeule, No Rome, Onra, DJ Love, LIA LIA, Soo Joo, gyrofield, Meyy, Jianbo & Friends, LVRA x Soda Plains and Shelhiel.
Founded in 2018 by David Zhou, Eastern Margins highlights the diversity of narratives across East and Southeast Asian cultures, with a focus on underground, alternative scenes. Through its agency, label and events series, the collective aims to provide space for collaboration and community.
