Supersonic expands Block Party Festival for 2025

The Paris-based rock festival will take place from 29-31 May this year.

Supersonic launched Block Party in 2023, and now, after two years of throwing parties in the Paris block surrounding the venue, this summer Block Party will take over the entire district of Bastille.

Spotlighting alternative, rock and indie sounds with a focus on underground and emerging artists, the festival aims to provide an opportunity for discovery – of new music, a like-minded community, and Supersonic’s local neighbourhood. Drawing artists from all over the world, the programme includes New Zealand’s Dartz, London’s Honeyglaze, Glasgow’s Parliamo, Copenhagen’s Kindsight, Instanbul’s Scattered Ashes and Montréal’s Sorry Girls.

Venues include the iconic Supersonic Club – a hub for rock sounds for almost a decade – and the more intimate Supersonic Records, as well as restaurants, bars, clubs and concert spaces like Badaboum, Popup!, Guri, La Café de la Danse, La Mécanique Ondulatoire, Les Disquaires, Rock cellar and La Siene Café.
