Dolby is set to deliver an immersive audio experience at this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), taking place from 22–24 October 2025. Across two locations – TOBACCO Theatre and ADE Lab – Dolby will highlight the creative and technical possibilities of Dolby Atmos, bringing together artists, producers and fans for three days of sound innovation.
On Thursday the 23rd and Friday the 24th, Dolby Atmos House at TOBACCO Theatre will serve as an immersive listening hub, featuring a series of exclusive sessions and artist talks in the heart of Amsterdam.
Boundary-pushing creators, including Max Cooper, Nadia Struiwigh, Armin van Buuren, Don Diablo and Jeff Mills will explore how Dolby Atmos enhances their creative process. Attendees can experience these artists’ music in the multidimensional sound of Dolby Atmos, and gain insight into how immersive audio is shaping the future of music production and performance.
For the first time, Dolby Creator Lab will also host technical, hands-on workshops at ADE Lab, starting on Wednesday, 22 October in Westerpark. Designed for both beginners and intermediate-level creatives, these sessions will dive into the fundamentals of Dolby Atmos production, covering both technical and artistic perspectives. From 23–24 October, the Dolby Creator Lab will move to STMPD Studios, where selected participants can take part in intimate artist deep dives and studio sessions led by renowned STMPD Studio engineers and mixers.
