Back in 2015, Rustie announced he was taking a break from live shows due to “addiction and mental health problems”. Following this, the artist cancelled his forthcoming tour dates. In 2017, however, he was billed for a Numbers and Warp Records party at Glasgow School of Art alongside the likes of Yves Tumor, Minor Science and the late SOPHIE, making the forthcoming show his first in five years.
Rustie’s last release was 2015’s EVENIFUDONTBELIEVE. In 2020, the Glass Swords producer teased new music.
