Noods launch artist development programme, Bloom

Applications for the 10-month artist incubator scheme are open until 25 February.

Noods has announced a new artist development programme, Bloom. The project will offer three artists and bands based in the South West of England and South Wales the chance to hone their craft.

During the 10-month programme, the successful applicants will get monthly studio time, one-to-one mentorship sessions from artists who have released on the likes of Ninja Tune, AD93 and Fabric Records and masterclasses. They will also receive a budget to use toward a live showcase, creating a music video and getting professional press shots.

Applications for Bloom are currently open. The criteria requires interested candidates to have an active musical practice and be able to commit to at least 20 hours per month throughout the programme to develop their artistic practice. The programme is open to producers, bands, instrumentalists, solo artists and composers. Head here for full details and the application form.
