New York hailing underground staple, Mutual Dreaming label head and founder of Sustain-Release – the long running festival that celebrates its 10th anniversary in September – Aurora Halal, takes to the tools on the latest Crack Mix. It follows her recent contribution to the xoxo Plafond compilation, with an upcoming, keep-your-eyes-peeled-for release set to come via Dekmantel Records.
With today (21 June) being the summer solstice, it’s a warm, groove laden 55 minutes that diverts slightly from her usual bread & butter servings of deep, psychedelic techno. “I made a special summer housey set inspired by recent gigs, such as at Panorama Bar and Mansions,” she explains.
