DFA #3: Larry Gus

Electro Disco Punk Synth Post-Punk Funk Indie

Greek composer and producer Larry Gus mixes an alternative history of the storied indie dance label for the third instalment of DFA’s crackaud.io residency.

Digging deep into the catalogues of some of the label’s biggest artists he collates a slow-burning retrospective. Sleazy, funky and with no shortage of punk energy or groove, this is a perfect reminder of what makes DFA what it is. Presented as part one, expect more to follow next month.
