Pitch Music & Arts is the Australian festival bringing some of the most beloved names in dance music to rural Victoria.
Earlier this year, the event staged its belated fifth anniversary celebrations in the scenic foothills of the Grampians. An all-star cast of international and national DJs joined revellers at the outing, which took place at the tail-end of Australian summertime.
We’re delighted to present a series of recordings from the festival’s fifth edition, rounding off with a set from Irish producer and DJ Cromby. Now based in Berlin, the DJ and producer – who previously held down a six-year residency at Belfast venue Shine – is a regular at parties and club nights across the German capital and far beyond. This year alone, he’s also released on revered labels such as Phantasy Sound, Craigie Knowles and Feel My Bicep – plus his own imprint, Potency Records. Here though, he showcases his chops as a selector as he lays down a slamming near-three-hour-long set. Unrelenting and stacks of fun.
