Gareth Jones moved to South Africa from the UK over a decade ago. Inspired by the creative spirit of the country, he began making music as Jumping Back Slash, mashing together electronic music influences from both places to form something unique.
This hybrid live set, recorded in one take using stems, loops and effects, draws from his recent Animals EP on Club Yeke and offers a glimpse into the inner-workings of the scattershot heaters we’ve come to expect from him.
