The collaboration between MM and Suda – a.k.a Async Figure – runs deep, as does the pair’s impact on the contemporary dance music landscape. Having made their release debut on Tzusing’s Sea Cucumber a few years ago with Figure I, the south London-based pair return to the imprint with their latest offering It’s Pulling My Strings EP. Ahead of the release – out this Friday (15 September) – Async Figure explore “the more heartfelt, emotional side of our productions” with a new mix for our specialist series. “Music to Pull Your Strings is composed entirely of new and unreleased music by Async Figure,” they tell us.
