Sunday Mix: Kate NV

With the release of her new album, Room for the Moon, due on RVNG Intl in less than a month, Moscow based artist Kate NV mines her collection of obscure Russian and Japanese pop and disco for an uplifting dose of brightness this Sunday.

“This mix is about the fact that even if you are at home and sitting for seven weeks in your room, your world is not really limited by four walls and that it is actually much wider. Like the stars that are visible from the window — you still can’t get them, but you are observing them, which means they are already part of your world.”
