Sunday Mix: Luna Li

Pop Sunday Indie

Toronto-based multi-instrumentalist Hannah Bussiere Kim, better known as Luna Li, takes as much influence from classical music as she does rock, psychedelia and the celestial pop her alias suggests. The result is enchanting and genre-bending music that unfurls to reveal hidden depth and introspective musings.

Bussiere Kim recently showcased her sound on debut album Duality, which featured collaborations with Beabadoobee, Jay Som and Dreamer Isioma. Here, she takes us deeper into her inspiration pool as she shares a blissed-out Sunday Mix fit to soundtrack the most whimsical of weekend daydreams.

“This mix is filled with some of my favourite artists,” she says. “Lots of chill, dreamy vibes mixed with psychedelia and some instrumental tracks. I think it’s a fun and inspiring mix to create to on a Sunday, maybe doing some painting, crafting or crocheting, which is one of my favourite hobbies.”
