World beating rapper MIA just dropped what looks like record sleeve artwork on Instagram
When an artist drops something resembling album artwork on social media it’s anyone’s guess what it might mean. About twenty minutes ago MIA did just that.
The image shows the rapper’s face in a square above the word Borders. We know that her upcoming album is supposed to be called Matahdatah so this may well be the artwork for her recently released Broader Than A Border single, a separate single called Borders, a mixtape or even a sign that she’s decided on a new name for the record.
