The singer teamed up with Vogue to provide a diary of his snapshots from fashion’s biggest night
The elusive artist has recently shared a link leading to his insider photos from the biggest night on the fashion calendar. He captioned the link with, “Thanks Anna for letting me shoot the party”.
His diary of the night, shot using a Contax T3 35mm camera, includes snapshots of A$AP Rocky, Jaden Smith, Bella Hadid, Alexander Wang, Adwoa Aboah and more. View the images here.
This year, the Metropolitan Museum of Art paid homage to the iconic avant-garde designer Rei Kawakubo with a Comme des Garçons theme for their Met Gala and Costume Institute exhibition. The Met Gala saw Ocean sprint down the red carpet, captured briefly on camera as he passed Rihanna.
And it’s a fitting choice to have Ocean capture the night’s events. Last year, he released the song Comme des Garçons, which can be found on his video album Endless.
