The Rhode Island cacophonists have signed to Thrill Jockey
Thrill Jockey have just announced their latest signing and it comes in the shape of Providence based noise-rock duo Lightning Bolt. Their first release for the label is to be titled Fantasy Empire and marks the first full-length record the band have released since 2009’s Earthly Delights. The album has been described by their new label as “ferocious, consuming, and a more accurate translation of their live experience.”
Fantasy Empire will be released on 23 March via Thrill Jockey. In the meantime revisit their legendary performance from ATP’s 10th anniversary.
